Savory Summer Treat: Pulled Pork Nachos with Navajo Mike’s Barbecue Sauce

These Pulled Pork Nachos with Navajo Mike’s Southwest Style Barbecue Sauce are a perfect summertime treat, combining the smoky, old-fashioned barbecue flavor with the homegrown taste of Arizona’s diverse herbs and spices. Ideal for casual gatherings and outdoor parties, this recipe brings a deliciously bold and vibrant twist to traditional nachos, making it a hit at any summer event.

Ingredients:

1 (8-10 oz) bag of tortilla chips

2 cups prepared shredded BBQ pulled pork

1/4 cup sliced red onion

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2-4 tablespoons Navajo Mike’s Southwest Style Barbecue Sauce

Optional toppings: ranch dressing, coleslaw, shredded lettuce, black olives, sour cream, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, black beans

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips out on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Evenly distribute the prepared shredded BBQ pulled pork over the tortilla chips. Add the sliced red onions on top of the pulled pork.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheeses over the top. Drizzle 2-4 tablespoons of Navajo Mike’s Barbecue Sauce over the cheese, adjusting the amount to taste
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
