This recipe is inspired by the book “The Sioux Chef’s Indigenous Kitchen” by Sean Sherman. We have made adjustments using our favorite SweetGrass Trading Co. products.
This dressing is perfect to season roasted meat. Makes ¾ cup dressing.
¼ cup maple vinegar
⅓ cup Seka Hills Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Wozupi or Passamaquoddy Maple maple syrup, or more to taste
1 pinch powdered mustard or 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt to taste

Put all the ingredients into a small jar and shake vigorously. Season to taste with salt.
