Séka Hills opens Midtown Sacramento tasting room

We’re excited to share that one of our valued vendors, Séka Hills, owned and operated by the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, has recently opened a new tasting room in Midtown Sacramento. This new destination beautifully showcases the agricultural bounty of the Tribe’s Capay Valley homeland, offering an inviting space to experience the finest artisan goods and delicious, locally sourced fare.

The Séka Hills Midtown Tasting Room offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the traditions and spirit of the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation. Guided tastings allow visitors to explore the growing line of premium agricultural products, including award-winning olive oils, wine, honey, beef jerky, and seasoned nuts. Each product reflects the Tribe’s commitment to sustainable farming practices.

For food lovers, the tasting room’s kitchen offers an array of made-to-order hot and cold seasonal small plates. The in-house chef and culinary team have crafted wine-friendly menus that highlight Séka Hills’ extra virgin olive oils, ranch-raised beef, and farm-fresh produce. The seasonal menu ensures that visitors enjoy the freshest and most flavorful offerings available. In addition to tastings and delicious meals, the Tasting Room features a curated selection of pantry staples, cookbooks, and gifts for the home and kitchen.

At SweetGrass Trading Company, we’re proud to offer Séka Hills products, including their exceptional olive oil and elderberry balsamic vinegar, which bring the taste of the Capay Valley to your kitchen. We invite you to explore these products through our online store and bring a piece of Séka Hills’ rich agricultural heritage into your home.
