Beanie Brownies
1 cup Cooked brown tepary beans
½ cup Hershey’s cocoa
¾ cup Honey
¼ cup Salted butter melted
½ cup All purpose flour
¼ cup Chopped pecans
½ cup Cup infused raisins (recipe below)
2 eggs
¼ tsp Salt
Infused Raisins:
½ cup Raisins
1 tsp Ginger
1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Honey
1 cup Hot water
½ tbsp Vanilla
Infused Raisins Directions:

Let ingredients soak for 20 to 30 minutes then blend on low until smooth.
This will be added to the brownie ingredients.
Beanie Brownie Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter the bottom and sides of an 8" square pan.

In a large bowl mix all of the brownie ingredients together. Mix in blender or with mixer until smooth.

Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Cool before removing from pan. Makes approximately 16 2" squares.
