Bison Loaf

 1 lb ground bison
 ½ cup canned tomatoes
 1 cup chopped bread
 ½ cup chopped onion
 ½ tsp Sakari Botanicals salt
 1 tbsp chopped celery
 ¼ tsp pepper

Combine the ground bison, canned tomatoes, chopped bread, onion, salt, celery and pepper. Mix well and form into a loaf. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serves 6.
