Lightly fry the meat in 3 tbs. olive oil or butter.
Add peppers & onions and sauté until onions caramelize.
Add tomatoes, reduce heat, cover & simmer for 15 minutes or until done.
Place prepared Ga’ivsa in a casserole dish and top with the meat and vegetables.
