1 cup celery (sliced)
8 oz pineapple chunks (drained)
8 oz mandarin oranges (drained

Combine wild rice and water. Cook. Set aside and let cool. Combine wild rice and remaining ingredients with salad dressing to taste. Serve on lettuce cups. Serves 6-7. Option: Add 2 cups of chopped cooked chicken.
