Combine wild rice and water. Cook. Set aside and cool. Combine cooled wild rice, onion, tomato, celery and seafood. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper, or seasoning of choice. Prepare salad dressing in a separate bowl. Blend together mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce, lemon juice and mustard. Dressing can be mixed thoroughly with salad or poured over the top of each individual serving. Garnish with sliced or diced hard boiled egg or parsley. Serves 5-6.
