Special edition oil
The Séka Hills team and Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation Tribal Citizens identified the very best 2021 harvest oils from their estate orchards to create this proprietary blend of Picual, Pendolino, and Coratina olives. With a satiny mouthfeel and hints of artichoke and white pepper, its harmony results in a long, satisfying finish. Enjoy as a condiment, enriching cheeses, salads, and finished dishes.
