The handcrafted blend combines cinnamon, nutmeg, maple sugar, cloves, ginger and allspice. Made with real ingredients and no artificial flavors, the 100-gram mix makes it easy to add warm, fall flavor to your favorite drinks and recipes.
Ways to use the Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix
The blend is an easy addition to your morning coffee, but there are plenty of other ways to use it in the kitchen.
Stir 1 to 2 teaspoons into coffee or espresso with steamed milk for a homemade latte. The blend can also be mixed into pancake or waffle batter, whisked into the egg and milk mixture for French toast, or added to cookies, muffins and quick breads.
For an easy finishing touch, sprinkle a little over whipped cream, ice cream or oatmeal. Start with a small amount and add more to taste. The blend has plenty of flavor, so a little goes a long way.
The story behind Warrior Blends
Warrior Blends began with Daniel Picard, founder of Épices du Guerrier and a member of the Huron community of Wendake. For more than 20 years, Daniel traveled throughout the First Nations of Quebec, visiting communities, building friendships and sharing meals along the way.
Those experiences inspired him to create a line of seasonings that would bring together the flavors he encountered while honoring the First Nations communities and territories that influenced his work.
After years of research and development, Épices du Guerrier was created with an appreciation for the people who forage and gather ingredients throughout First Nation territories. The company grew from Daniel’s friendship and professional partnership with co-founder Patrice Dion.
In 2021, Aleks Krawczyk began working with Épices du Guerrier to bring the line to the United States under the name The Warrior Blends. A passionate cook, Aleks quickly found ways to incorporate the seasonings into his own everyday cooking, and the spices became staples in his kitchen.
